2018 Joy of the Game Tournament

The Clint Seymour Play Ball Fund proudly sponsored (with support from the Mt. Lebanon, PA Baseball Ass’n) its 4th annual Joy of the Game non-competitive youth (ages 7-9) baseball “tournament” at Clint Seymour Field in Mt. Lebanon on August 18, 2018. Clint’s sister Carly and her husband Adam Richards traveled from Texas so that Carly could throw out the first pitch and Adam could help coach the record-setting 50+ Young Champions in attendance. Don Seymour and Tom Walker addressed the players preceding the trophy presentation by Carly and Adam. And Clint’s committed teammates, coaches, and family members provided another inspirational day in his memory.

Big Brothers Big Sisters July Nights with Pirates

For the fourth year, The Clint Seymour Play Ball Fund was honored to treat pairs of Big and Little Brothers and Sisters to Pittsburgh Pirate games on July 7 and 13.  Thanks to Brian Seymour, Andy and Dana Goff, Kristy Giandomenico, and the Pirates.  And special thanks also to Neil Walker and the Pirates for arranging a pre-game personal visit with our kids from Pirate shortstop Jordy Mercer, an All-Star in our book who our kids will not soon forget.  Enjoy the smiles below.
